Archiving SCCRS Messages
SCCRS messages are eligible for archive when:
- They have been completed
- They are older than 30 days
Individual users can archive their own messages but, depending on Staff Access rights, you are also able to archive other users' messages.
Depending on your practice protocols for managing messages in Mail Manager, your Systems Administrator might archive your completed messages on your behalf.
