SCI Stores - Reset Password

Your login password is specified by the Local SCI Store administrator at each Health Board, for each practice. Once set up, it is not anticipated that the password will ever change.

To set/reset your SCI Stores password:

1. From Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - SCI Store, right click on the store required.
2. Select Reset Password.
3. The SCI Store - Reset Password screen displays:

   

   Completed as follows:

   • Log-in Password - Enter the password supplied.
   • Confirm Password - Enter the password again to confirm.
4. Select OK to save.
