These patients are not registered with the practice for General Medical Services but only for the specific care under the service indicated:

• Contraception
• Maternity
• Child Health Surveillance
• Minor Operations

These patients are not relevant for Registration Links.

Note - The registered GP must have the relevant boxes checked in File Maintenance - Staff - Professional for either CHS, Maternity, Minor Surgery or Contraception to show he or she is eligible for these lists.
