Consent Tab

Depending on your country and settings, the Consent tab enables you to record a patient's consent for various data sharing options:

Consent defaults to assumed for the following data sharing options, tick any to record dissent:

  • CPRD

  • THIN

If this is not part of an initial registration, select OK to save.

Consent defaults to assumed for the following data sharing options, tick any to record dissent:

  • THIN

  • Emergency Care Summary (ECS)

  • Palliative Care

  • Scottish Care Information - Diabetes Collaboration (SCI-DC)

Acute Medication Service (AMS) consent and Chronic Medication Service (CMS) suitability can also be recorded here, select Change to update the selection.

If this is not part of an initial registration, select OK to save.

If this is a new patient, select Next to continue, or select OK to save and close.
