• Religion - See Religion for details.
• Language Spoken - See Language Spoken for details.
• Language Read - See Language Read for details.
• Interpreter - See Interpreter for details.
• Ex-Services - See Ex-services for details.
• Safe Key - See Safe Key for details.

Once recorded the latest entry displays in Registration Details - Preferences, and an entry is added to the patient's clinical record with a consultation type of Administration and the appropriate clinical term.
