View Consent History

To view all the changes made to a patient's consent preferences:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Consultation Manager, select the patient required and start a consultation if necessary.
  2. If the consent status displays in the Alert pane, double click on it, or select Summary - National Summary.
  3. The National Summary displays, select Preferences.

  5. Select History and the SCR Concent Preference History screen displays:

  1. If the consent is changed numerous times on the same day, only one entry displays. To view all of the changes for that day, double click on the entry and the History - Audit Trail displays, select the arrow at the bottom of the entry to view the audit trail which shows all changes made that day:
