Overview - Creating and Modifying Vision+ Templates
Vision+ includes a comprehensive selection of QOF/QAIF and Enhanced service templates to help manage patient care which can be customised using Template Designer. Alternatively, you may want to create practice defined data entry templates for capturing and recording data within your individual practice.
Templates can also be distributed between GP practices, for example your primary care network, Integrated Care Board (ICB) or Health Board (HB), for example, all Vision 3 practices in a Health Board could use the same physiotherapy template as in the example below:
