Christo Calculator
The Christo Calculator form is for evaluation or clinical audit purposes and is a rough indicator of professional impression of recent drug-related or alcohol-related problems in the past month.
Accessing the Christo Calculator
- From Consultation Manager, select Vision+ from the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Lifestyle - Christo:
- The Christo Calculator displays:
- Complete the questionnaire by selecting an option under each heading.
- The Clinical term, Event Date and Score automatically display at the base of the screen.
- Select OK and Attach
to record the questionnaire:
- To view an attachment, from patient's record, right click on the attachment entry and select View Attachment. The attachment displays as a PDF:
