History Tab

The History tab shows Diagnosis Indications along with their start date and their end date, if applicable. You also see the patient's INR history with dates and values and the patient's weekly Warfarin dose values shown in mg's per week:

New Weekly Dose

If a patient's warfarin dose is stopped and a new weekly dose recommended, this is also displayed on the History tab:
