Reviewing the Admissions Risk Stratification and Register Manager Report

After running the Admission Risk Stratification and Register Manager report, you will see a list of stratified patients with a QAdmission score not on the Personal Care Plan Register, you now need to select which patients you want to add to the Personalised Care Plan Register. See Access the Personalised Care Manager Register for each patient.
