Practice Lists View

The Practice Lists section in Practice Reports consist of reports downloaded from Download Web Files. Usually the reports are non-QOF and cover such areas as Enhanced Services or local HB projects.

The Practice Lists screen shows all the reports you have downloaded. Alternatively, you can filter your view by choosing one of the following categories:

• All Practice Lists - Shows all the available reports and is the default view. If you want to search for a specific report, type part of the report name in the search box.
• Enhanced Services - To view any local or national enhanced services reports.
• SIGN (Scotland) - Any SIGN reports are listed here.
• NICE - NICE reports are listed in this section.
• Other - The Other section contains general reports that have been requested by your HB or ad hoc reports downloaded from Download Web Files, for example, housebound patients.
  Reminder - The reports available to download vary on your HB area or region, so not all the categories will have reports within them.

Select Practice List options:

• Merge Templates - Use the Merge Templates option to design your letter/SMS Merge template for recalling non-QOF patients. See Creating and Managing Recalls in Practice Reports.
• Attach Merge Template - After creating a Template you need to attach it to the corresponding reports, using the Attach Merge Template option. For more information, see Attaching a Letter to a Non-QOF Template for letters or Attaching a Template to a Practice List for SMS templates.
• SMS Question Templates - Configure Questionnaires to be sent to patients via SMS, see Questionnaires via SMS.
