Changing Slot Types
Slot types can be changed for both single and multiple appointments, for example, you might want to make more emergency appointments following a Bank Holiday.
Important - To facilitate reporting on vaccination appointments any COVID vaccination appointment slots should have a Slot Type of COVID VACS.
To change slot types:
- From either the Reception, Weekly, or Day Views, right click on each appointment you want to change to highlight it:
- The 'XX items selected'
prompt displays at the bottom right of the screen confirming the number of items selected and the toolbar activates at the top of the screen:
- Select Change type
and a list of available slot types displays. - Select the slot type required and the selected slots automatically update.
