Post Go Live

Following your Go Live, you must complete the following:

  • Thoroughly check converted data - This should be conducted by a team with both clinical and administrative skills. Although significant reporting skills help to generate the data, ultimate responsibility rests with your Clinicians. Any conversion errors should be reported to your Cegedim Healthcare Solutions team as soon as possible.

  • Data Entry - Ensure all data recorded between your final data extract and your Go Live is recorded to your new Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution , this includes any appointments, consultations and prescriptions.

    • Patient Medication - All medication issued during your down time must be added to your new system. Any CMS prescriptions must be re-entered.

    • Allergies and Sensitivities - Migrated Drug Allergies, Intolerances and Adverse Reactions do not trigger sensitivity checks until you map the relevant medications to them. Until this mapping is done, you are prompted when prescribing for affected patients.

  • Patient Count - A total count of registered patients pre and post migration, enables you to compare and confirm that all the expected records migrated to the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution.

  • Undertake a practice reconciliation

  • Complete evaluation forms

  • Sign off the clinical systems acceptance certificate

Your EMIS system is available to you for 3 months post go-live from a single computer, to facilitate any additional data quality checks that you may require.
