EMIS to the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution Training Plan

The following training plan has been designed to ensure you are able to confidently use your new system to carry out your day to day responsibilities:

Weeks 4

Weeks 4 - 9

  • Log on to the Learning Zone here and complete a series of modular bite-sized elearning courses which aim to provide essential knowledge to using the Cegedim Primary Care Solutions hosted system. Assessments are incorporated into courses to help you check you have understood the content.

  • Appointments Training - All staff responsible for the set up and maintenance of your Appointment Books should attend.

  • A Cegedim Primary Care Solutions system is available for you to practise the skills learnt during your elearning.

Weeks 10 - 11

  • Mandatory Minimum Training - All Staff - You must complete a series of pre-live training sessions which develop and re-enforce the knowledge gained from your elearning.

Week 12 - Implementation and Go Live Day

  • You have a trainer on site to assist with the implementation and set up of your new system. There is no structured training on Go Live day, but the trainer is there to support your practice during initial live running and making sure your core business processes are bedding in.

  • Floor walking support provides the opportunity to answer any on the spot queries.

Follow Up Training and Consultancy Days

  • Post Go Live Training - 2 days of follow up training is delivered 1-2 weeks and then 6 - 8 weeks after your Go Live day. If purchased further follow up training is delivered.

    This training can include, but is not restricted to:

    • Search and Reports

    • Troubleshooting

    • Vision+
