Enabling a Basic Online Services Account

You can enable your patients to register for a basic online services account, also known as an Online Services User (OSU). Registering as an OSU allows patients to quickly and easily register and book appointments online:

From Vision 3 - Management Tools, select Control Panel - File Maintenance - Online Services and the Vision Online Services screen displays.
Tick OSU to allow your patients to create a basic online services account:
Select OK to save.

Note - To print this topic select Print

in the top right corner and follow the on-screen prompts.
