How do I know if I have received an Announcement?

If Tasks is open but minimised or, hidden behind another screen, when you receive a new Task or Announcement, a red disk displays on Tasks on your task bar .

Select your user profile and your Notifications display:

Double click the notification to open the announcement, or select Close to clear the notification without opening it

Select Announcements to display announcements received.

An unread Announcement displays with its title in bold. Once it has been viewed its title automatically reverts to normal text:

Remember - Announcements do not need processing, they are for information purposes only.
