Recording Immunisations

1. Open a patient record. See - Selecting a Patient.
2. Open an Encounter. See - Adding an Encounter.
3. Enter the keyword in the dynamic data entry bar.
   For example, enter 'inf vac' to trigger Influenza vaccinations.



4. Select the vaccination.
5. Enter vaccination details.

   

   If there is more than one vaccination option start typing to make your selection.

   

6. Enter the Batch number.
7. Select Save to finish.
   The vaccination saves into the Encounter
