Recording a Non-Drug Allergy

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

  1. Open an Encounter.
  2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic data entry bar to trigger the allergy forms.

  3. Select the Non-drug allergy item.
    The Non-Drug Allergy form displays.

  4. Enter the allergy details.
  5. Using the drop-down arrows record:
      • Reaction Type
      • Certainty
      • Severity
  6. Enter any comments in the Notes field.
  7. Select Save to finish.
