Marking a Patient as Seen

Patients automatically update to Seen when you close a consultation. If required, this can also be done manually:

  1. From the Appointment list, select In Consultation for the patient you have seen.
  2. Select Update status - this patient has been seen:

  1. The status changes from In Consultation to Seen .
