From the Patient Summary screen, Lifestyle and Examinations tiles displays the latest recorded data of each tile type:
Select Lifestyle and Examinations to display the patient's full lifestyle and examination history:
Lifestyle and Examinations includes the following types of entries:
- Blood pressure
- Height and Weight
- Peak flow
- Pulse
- Pulse Oximetry
- Respiratory Rate
- Temperature
- Visual Acuity
- Alcohol
- Smoking
You can refine the list Lifestyle and Examinations displays by applying a filter or simply using the Search the patient's record facility.
