What Data is Synchronised with the PDS?
The following lists provide details of data that is currently synchronised between Vision and the PDS.
- Current/usual name
- Date of birth
- Gender (Male/Female/Indeterminate)
- NHS number
- Current/main address details
- Communication details
- GP practice code (registered GP code is also held locally but are not synchronised with the PDS).
- Business effective dates
- Consent to Share Clinical Data
- Primary care details (Dispensing Contractors)
Fields in which there is a genuine difference are highlighted in red. Differences in the below are not classified as genuine differences and do result in a field being highlighted:
- Whitespace/blanks
- Punctuation characters
- Case discrepancies
