Disease Registers

There are no specific Read codes that Vision uses to signify that a patient has been placed on one of the chronic disease registers. Vision uses the diagnosis code, for example, H33 Asthma for the Asthma register. Patients on registers have the text "Placed on register" on their diagnosis record.
