Inactivating Organisations
You cannot remove an organisation from the Organisation list, you can however inactivate it. This removes it from any picklist, for example, when adding a referral in Consultation Manager.
To inactive an Organisation:
- From the Vision 3 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel- File Maintenance.
- Select Organisation
. - Use Expand
on the category list containing the organisation you want to inactivate and select the organisation to be inactivated. - Select Edit
. - Tick Inactive.
- Select OK.
