Ad-hoc Searches

To enable you to search and report on SPS specific data the following Selections have been added to the Patient Details entity within Ad-hoc Searches:

And the following Search Criteria have been added to Selections within the Other identifiers entity:

Important - Reports that identify Establishment demographics should be for internal use only; this includes the ad-hoc Reports - Detailed output and the Audit Report. Only the Discharge Summary Report on the Patient Reports form has been amended to exclude details, as far as possible, that would identify the patient as an inmate to external parties. Even so, users should check for free text notes or Read terms that may indicate an inmate status. SPS users are responsible for checking the contents of reports before distributing them to other parties.
