General Editing in Registration

Important - For practices with a hosted server, for example AEROS, you must watch the videos on your local desktop. To do this copy and paste the url for this web page into your local browser. Local health board restrictions may also affect access.

Editing Patient Details (0.47)

To update patient Registration details:

  1. If you have selected an existing patient from Select Patient , the Registration - Personal Details screen displays.

    If you have closed a patient record, but want to edit the last patient in this session you selected, select Edit Patient and the Registration - Personal Details screen displays. The name of the currently selected patient always displays at the top of the screen.

    Note - For Registration Links practices, if the patient has an Applied registration status, and an Approval Transaction has yet to be received from the TP, the patient's details are frozen and cannot be amended.
  2. Select the tab that you want to update:
  3. When you have finished updating the record, select OK to save.

For Registration Links practices, when making most amendments for an permanent patient, an Amendment Transaction is generated which is transmitted to the TP informing them of the change.
