Scottish Prison Service

Vision 3 has been adapted to be used by the Scottish Prison Service (SPS) to replace the General Practice Administration System for Scotland (GPASS) that is being withdrawn.

Vision 3 is being set up as a single system hosted by NHS Grampian, with individual establishments accessing the system remotely. Each establishment is set up as a separate branch within Vision 3, with SPS Head Office set up as the main practice for administrative purposes. Head Office has 31391 as a practice code and is entered as 'Headquarters'.

This user guide explains how to use the aspects of Vision 3 that are individual to the Scottish Prison System; it is designed to be used in conjunction with the full user guides available from the The Knowledge Base and the on-screen help available throughout Vision 3.
