Adding Items to a Tag
You can add items to a Tag in two ways, either:

From the formulary list
-
From the Tags list
Select an option below to expand the section:
To add drugs to a Tag from a formulary list:
- From the Formulary Management screen, double click the formulary required.
- Select the item(s) you wish to add, and the Add to tag option displays in the toolbar.

Select Add to tag and the list of available Tags displays, select the Tag required.
The view refreshes and the Tag Indicator displays to the right of the item.
Training Tip - An item can have more than one Tag, you can hover over a Tag Indicator and a list of Tags displays in a tooltip.
To add drugs to a Tag from a Tags list:
- From the Formulary Management screen, double click the formulary required.
- Select Tags and the Tags List displays.
- Double click the tag you wish to add items to.
- Select + Search to add drugs to this tag.

- The Search to add a drug to tag section displays, enter the drug details, utilising the filters as required.
The search results display and refine as you type.
- Tick the items you want to add to the Tag.
Note - If the item is not already in your formulary it adds automatically.
- Select Add n drugs to tag where n is the number of items you are adding and the Tag list updates.

Training Tip - Remember to review your Tags, items and item defaults on a regular basis to remove discontinued items and reflect newly available or updated items.
