Removing Items from a Tag

If an item is no longer appropriate for a specific treatment pathway, you can remove it from the Tag.

To remove an item from a Tag:

  1. From the Formulary Management screen, double click on the formulary to update.
  2. Select Tags (n) where n is the number of Tags.

  3. From the Tags list, double click on the tag you wish to update.

  4. Select the items you want to remove from the tag.

  5. Select Remove from tag , and the list refreshes.
Training Tip - Remember to review your Tags, items and item defaults on a regular basis to remove discontinued items and reflect newly available or updated items.
Note - Removing a tag from a drug does not remove it from the formulary.
