Organisation - View Practice

The practice details displays all transactions, and the number of outstanding texts remaining.

Important - This is not available if your provider is EE as these are unlimited.
  1. From the main Dashboard select SMS.
  2. If you are responsible for several different organisations, search for your organisation or select the relevant organisation from the list to view the SMS Dashboard.

  3. From the Organisation view, select a practice.
  4. The SMS Transaction Details for the practice displays, along with the outstanding balance.

  5. Optionally, select a Transaction, followed by View Transaction to view more information.
