The Maternity Summary Screen displays a summary of data relevant to the selected patient's maternity care. This screen is for information purposes only, data cannot be added or updated from here. The Maternity Summary report can however be printed out and taken on home visits.

Note - This app is only active for female patients

 

 

The following data displays:

  • Allergies
  • Current Medication
  • Significant Medical History
  • Procedures
  • Referrals - Last 5 referrals in last 12 months
  • Past Obstetric History - All records of type:
    • Maternity plan
    • Delivery Details - Mother
    • Medical History with Read-codes 7F%, L3%, L4%
  • Parity - Last Parity record
  • Current pregnancy - Any record in last 10 months of type Pregnancy dates
  • Antenatal Consultations - Last 15 records in last 10 months of type Ante-natal consultation
  • Latest Findings:
    • Latest record of Weight and BP
    • Latest record of Fetal examination
  • Tests:
    • Last Antenatal Blood Test
    • Last Amniocentesis
    • Blood Group
    • Last Urine Protein test
    • Last Urine Glucose Test
    • Rubella Test
