3 Quick Steps to Extending Books
STEP 1 - Open the Extension Plan
Select Extension Plan from the Navigation bar.
STEP 2 - Select Extend All
Select the Extend All 
button at the top right of the view.
STEP 3 - Confirm
Read the confirmation message and select Confirm.
The books extend.
