Notification Banners
Vision Anywhere contains a Notification Banner system to inform you of:

Patient specific data that may be missing, due or overdue, or
-
General information relating to the screen you are viewing.
Patient Specific Notifications

If there is an issue with retrieving the data from Vision 3, the 'Your view of this record is out of date, some items may not be visible' banner displays:
Select Refresh to update the record you are viewing. If the refresh:

Is successful - The 'Successfully updated this patient's records' message displays, or
-
Fails - The 'Failed to refresh this patient's records' message displays.

If a patient has a Medication Review recorded that has yet to fall due, a blue banner displays on their Medications and Prescription Manager screens:
- If a patient has a Medication Review due or overdue, an alert banner displays on their record. If the medication review is:
- Due in the next 14 days - An orange banner displays:

- Overdue - A red banner displays:

The latest Interpreter entry, with a clinical term from the SNOMED CT reference set Accessible information - requires communication professional + need for interpreter, recorded in the patient record, displays in an Information Banner just under the Patient Banner:
Shared Care Setting - In a Shared Care Setting, Interpreter does not display until you select to record a consultation with consent and then it displays on the Information Banner.
