Recording a Non-Drug Allergy

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

To record a non-drug allergy:

1. With an Encounter open and an encounter type selected.
2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic search bar to trigger the quick entry forms:

   

3. Select Non-drug allergy and the Non-Drug Allergy quick entry form displays:

   

4. Complete as required:
   • Description - Search for and select the clinical term for the reaction.
   • Reaction Type - Select as appropriate.
   • Certainty - Select as appropriate.
   • Severity - Select as appropriate.
5. Enter any comments in the Notes field.
6. Select Save .
