Correspondence

From Patient Summary, select Recent Correspondence to display a summary of correspondence within the last 3 months:

Note - Files that need to be downloaded display with a Cloud

Correspondence can be sent and received, including:

Referrals

Clinical Letters

DocMan Letters

Photos

Note - If you receive an unexpected error when downloading a Docman document, it may be that your Docman license is due for renewal, see http://www.docmanhelp.com/web/content/02_docman_maintenance/licence_manager.htm for details.

Note - Correspondence entries are currently only available when online and for practices who use Vision Anywhere alongside Vision 3.

To view a correspondence item:

From Patient Summary, select Recent Correspondence.
Select the correspondence item and a summary of the item displays:
From the summary, select the attachment, to view it.

Attachments which display with an Attachment , download when you select them, those with a Letter, PDF or Document Image are already held on your device:

Note - Letters added via Vision Text Editor in Vision 3 cannot be viewed from Vision Anywhere.
