Switch on Registration Links

  1. In Control Panel - File Maintenance - Organisation, under the TP with which your practice is linked, set the TP Link to either Yes, No or Down:
    • Yes - The practice is linked electronically to the TP by modem for the purposes of Registration Links.
    • No - The practice is not linked electronically to the TP and there is no exchange of electronic data. Any registration or claim forms are produced as standard printed forms and sent to the TP.
    • Down - The practice and TP are linked electronically, but the link is down, or not operational, at the moment.

      Note - Unless Registration Links is switched on, you will not see the Security menu options if you are a system manager.

  2. First make sure all other users are switched off the system. A user who is a system manager can then, at the Vision 3 front menu, make sure in Options – Setup – System that the Select Registration Links is checked, then OK.
