Add a new patient with no medical card

Patients have often mislaid their medical card when they come to register. They can still be entered as long as the practice know the following:

• Name
• Current address and postcode
• Date of birth
• Previously registered under NHS? (ie not an immigrant, ex-private patient, new baby)
• Either NHS Number or Place or Birth
• Previous Address and county (or HA)
• Previous GP

Follow the sequence in Register permanent patients with no medical card. This involves entering None of these at the Registration - Card Type screen, and then working through the prompts for the above entries.
