Re-Register a patient who is transferred out

  1. Select the patient you wish to re-register; on the Select Patient screen, remove the check from the Active Patients only box, either by clicking in the box, or by using the Tab key to highlight the line and using the Space Bar to remove the cross.
  2. Highlight the menu option Action, either by clicking on it with the mouse, or by pressing the <Alt> key followed by the letter A.
  3. Select Re-Registration from the Action menu.
  4. The system will display screens similar to the ones displayed when a new patient is registered. The details already known about the patient will be maintained. Complete the screen as prompted. The patient will be given a new registration status of Applied.

    Note - You can also use this method to re-register a temporary resident whose TR status has expired previously.
