Overview

Patients are automatically registered on the prison PR2 System. A registration message is sent from PR2 to the Vision system therefore you do not need to manually register any patients.

Note - Once PR2 messages are received in Vision, patient registration is immediately processed. However, if the patient record is open, the registration cannot be completed, the system continues to try to process the message until it succeeds. You have no control of this and your interaction is not required.
