SMS Recall/Questionnaire from Consultation Manager

You can send an SMS message to a patient from Consultation Manager - Vision+ - Mail Merge :

  1. From Consultation Manager, select your patient and select the relevant line from the alert window.
  2. Selecting Mail Merge opens the mailings screen:

  3. Select SMS or SMS Question and utilise the same way as Practice Reports.
    Note - The setup of SMS and SMS Question templates must be done in Settings and Practice Reports. See Configure SMS Settings for Reply to Questionnaire and Creating a Recall/Healthcare Invite SMS Message Template.
