Configure Online Prescriptions

There are three tasks to complete which enable you to configure how patients use Online Prescriptions at your Practice. The tasks are:

• Prescription Message – This enables you to add a message to be displayed on each Online Prescription webpage.

• History – You can set a time period, which will determine how many historic repeat entries are displayed to the patient.

• Patient Message – This sets whether a patient can send a free text message to the practice or not.

• Define the 'Old Repeat Offset - the duration entered which determines what repeat masters the patient can order in Online Repeats.
