Add a new group
You can add your own new group, to which you can then assign common security rights. For example, the group could consist of practice nurses, or receptionists
- In the bottom left pane, either click with the right mouse and select Add Group; or click on .
- Type in a short name for the group, eg NURSES, (17 characters maximum, 3 characters minimum), press Tab, then type in a description which must be at least four characters in length (otherwise OK is disabled). Press Tab and Enter; or click on OK.
- The description will be shown under Groups of Users. To amend the name or description, click on the group with the right mouse and select Edit Group.
