Remove user from Group

To remove a user from an existing group

Either – first expand the group list in the bottom left pane Groups of Users by clicking on . Then highlight the staff member to be removed, click with the right mouse and select Remove User from Group (this option is disabled until a user is selected).

Or from the top left pane Current Users, expand the list beneath the required user, highlight a group from which he/she is to be removed, and select Remove User from Group (this option is disabled until a group is selected).

Note - It is not possible to delete the user SYS from the System Manager's group. This is to ensure that one user (SYS) always has access to the Security module, without which all users could be locked out of the system. It also means that the SYS user password should be kept secure as it allows control of the system.
