To change the patient specific flag

Right mouse click on an action under either Frequent or Additional Actions, to toggle the patient-specific flag between Y (yes) and N (no) (the same as the checkbox on the Add/Edit action screen). Look on the Patient Specific column for either Y (yes on) or N (not on).

The Patient-specific flag is used to indicate that the result of the action is likely to be an update to the patient record or an encounter with the patient.
