Introduction
In order to improve local and central stock management and prevent wastage of vaccinations, Public Health England introduced the Vaccine Usage report. This report has however now been withdrawn.
Depending on practice consent various immunisation uptake reports can be automatically submitted to ImmForm from your Vision system.
The Vaccine Usage screen consists of two sections:
- Consent to send Vaccine Usage and Practice Cohort reports to ImmForm for the Vaccine Supply Programme - These reports were withdrawn in Vision Release DLM 620. This option should not be ticked.
- Consent to send Vaccine Uptake reports to ImmForm - Tick to consent to send Vaccine Uptake reports to Immform, see Setting Consent for Sending Uptake Reports for details.
