If the Patient is not Registered at the Previous Practice

If a GP2GP Request is made from your system and the notes are not sent, the reason is usually displayed on the audit trail, for example, Message Rejected "Patient not at surgery". In this screenshot from the "new" receiving practice, the patient is not registered at the previous practice (the spine is maybe out-of-date):

The "old" sending practice receive the following message "A request was made for the history of an unmatched patient - This request was rejected - see audit trail for details.
