SCR Initial Upload Report

The Summary Care Record (SCR) Initial Upload Report enables you to search for messaging errors or find ineligible patients identified or occurring during the Initial Upload.

To run the Initial Upload report:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select SCR - Other Reports .
  2. The SCR Reporter screen displays, select Initial Upload:

  3. Select one or more of the listed batches, select Refresh Batches if the required batch isn't listed.
  4. Select one or more of the listed Report On options, for example, Messages not created. Choose Select all to include all batches, if required select Clear all to remove selections.
  5. Select Run Report and the results display below.
  6. The report results can be saved in the following way:
  7. Select Exit to close.
Training Tip - Search for Patients Ineligible to find patients for whom an Initial Upload was not sent.
