Deleting Entries
Note - You can only delete data in open Encounters, once  closed and synchronised with the patient record an entry cannot be deleted.
                                                    To delete an entry:
- From within the Encounter, right click on the item you want to remove and select Delete from the app bar that appears at the bottom of your Vision Anywhere screen:
 
                                                        
                                                    
- The Delete this entry screen displays, select Yes to confirm:
            

 
The entry is deleted.
