When a new patient is registered

When a new patient is registered, the TP request and then receive the patient's medical records from the previous GP. They then forward these to your practice, and a MRS Medical Records Sent Transaction automatically sets the Records sent by TP tick on the patient's Registration screen, and enters a date in Date records sent by TP.

Once you receive the records, your pratice needs to remove the tick from Records sent by TP for each approved patient.
