Weeks 10 - 11

Weeks 10 - 11 are about consolidating the data checking and mapping you have done ready to take the final extract for conversion and looking at your hardware requirements:

  • Mandatory Minimum Training - All Staff - You must complete a series of pre-live training sessions which develop and re-enforce the knowledge gained from your elearning, see EMIS to the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution Training Plan for details.

  • Monthly and Quarterly Reports - You should run any monthly or quarterly searches that are imminent on your existing system, so you do not have the pressure of producing reports as soon as the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution is available.

  • Hardware - Your hardware (if required) is installed and prepared by your Health Board/local authority.

  • Final Conversion - Cegedim Healthcare Solutions collects your final data extract, at this point your current EMIS and Docman systems should be treated as read only. Should you record anything after this cut off, it does not transfer on to your new system, see Go Live Preparation for details.

See Go Live Preparation for details of the next phase.
