Registration Preferences Tab
The following information can be recorded at the point of Registration or whilst in the patient's Registration screen - Preferences Tab:
Donor Details
- Ethnicity
- Occupation
- Religion
- Language Spoken
- Language Read
- Interpreter needed
In addition to being stored in Registration, the above information is also automatically recorded in Consultation Manager, with a consultation type of Administration and the appropriate Read code. Only the latest entry displays in the Registration module, however, all entries can be seen in the patient's journal. Registration Preferences recorded in Consultation Manager are filtered back through to the Preferences tab.
Note - There is not an option to delete or edit the entries in Registration. Any amendments or deletions should be done in Consultation Manager which automatically updates the Registration module.
